Beauty Studios has been in business since 2007.
We are a warm, relaxed and inviting beauty mall
conveniently located near Arrowhead Towne Center
in Glendale, AZ.
We
host a variety of businesses all in the wellness
and beauty industry. Our generous room sizes
at affordable prices make this location highly
desirable to anyone looking to head out on their
own and become their own boss. A lot of attention
has been spent in the small details to make
our building unique and to set it apart from
the others in both design and the "feeling"
you get when you are there.
Our
rooms are fully furnished, and every Tenant
has access to all the common areas like a cafe
that serves a full breakfast and lunch menu,
coin laundry, a break room and 3 separate private
bathrooms. Our spa area is separated from the
rest of the building to make a more relaxed
and quite atmosphere for clients and Tenants
alike. Every studio has its own mailbox which
will ensure that you will get all of your mail
instead of it all going to the building owner
and it's up to them on which mail to deliver
to you.
We
allow all Tenants the ability to share their
studio (or sublease it) without raising their
rent. This is a big thing and should be something
seriously considered when you are shopping around
for a space. We have a front and a back parking
lot (some of it is covered) which makes access
to the building close and convenient. There
are no keys except for your mailbox, everything
else works from a combination code that you
provide.
